Send Personal Invites to Students
Personally invite students to join your Science Olympiad team. Gear the invites to their potential interests or future goals.

Hand Out Flyers
Pass out flyers at school events, hag them in common and share them on social media. Don’t have time to create one? No worries we have templates available on our website.

Obtain Student Recommendations
Reach out to colleagues to see if they have student recommendations! Think outside of STEM, students with all interests have something to offer your team.

Host a Kickoff Meeting
Invite interested students and parents. The event should ideally be early to mid September. Check out the Coaches Companion Guide for more tips and tricks!
