Clarifications: At Regionals, Metric Mastery will run as a sit down test. The test will have 3 timed sections. Section 1 will be 20 minutes; section 2 will be 5 minutes; section 3 will be 20 minutes. Teams cannot move forward to the next section until the time is up for each section.

Description:

Students will estimate and measure properties of different types of objects including mass, area, volume, density, force, distance, time, and temperature as well as convert between units.

Materials:

Each team may bring two stand-alone non-programmable, non-graphing calculators.

Scoring:

Highest score wins.
