- Regional Tournament Policies
- Merchandise – we will have fun merch available for purchase outside of the Talley Ballroom – 10 am – 1 pm – card purchases only!
- Parking – Reynolds Coliseum Parking Deck clearance is 6’9″ – car parking on Saturday is free on campus and open anywhere that isn’t 24-hour reserved. The Reynold’s parking deck is the easiest place for most cars to park.
- Bus Parking Instructions – Buses can drop students off in front of Reynolds Coliseum on the Dunn Ave. loop, then park in the Varsity lot. See diagram linked here for reference. Please be aware that the Dunn Ave loop is for drop off/pick up only, and buses cannot be staged here, as it is a fire lane.
- Directions to Registration & Award Ceremony in Talley Student Union –
There is a digital map at the entrance of the lobby next to the stairs. There is also a person at the info desk in the lobby in case anyone would need directions. - Registration – In Talley Student Union, outside the State Ballroom, starting at 8:00 am – is for Coaches ONLY – students and parents do NOT need to check in and should coordinate a meeting plan with the schools head coach.
- Student Wristbands: The head coach will be given team wristbands at Registration. Students cannot compete without a wristband. Since the time may overlap, wristbands are not needed for impound.
- Coach Identification: coaches are to wear their school ID badges for easy ID.
- Event Leader / Volunteer Identification: All event leaders and volunteers will be wearing name tags.
- Impound – Air Trajectory, Scrambler, Electric Vehicle & Bungee Drop MUST impound (drop off) their devices at the event location between 7:30 am – 8:30 am.
- Minors MUST be accompanied at all times while on campus. Adult chaperones must follow the field trip procedures from their organizations such as collecting parent permission forms and emergency contacts. See expectations for bringing minors to NC State.

- Food – Talley Student Union, Fountain Dining Hall and Clark Dining Hall will be open. Teams are responsible for disposing all trash from home base locations. DO NOT leave large take out items (i.e. pizza boxes, etc) in your home base area.
