Announcements
The gym ceiling height is 40-50 feet tall by estimation.
Team Home Bases will be in the cafeteria. Please occupy only the space you need and be respectful to other teams in close quarters. GVSA has graciously offered outdoor space for teams (weather permitting) – playground area beside cafeteria, lower half of bus lot (closer to main entrance) – you are welcome to bring chairs / tents to setup outside.
- Teams are ONLY allowed in areas where the tournament is being held on Upper Campus. Areas marked “No Access” are not accessible for any reason. Please ensure all participants and families understand this policy. The stage in the Aux gym is strictly off limits.
- Registration
- In the media center starting at 8:00am, wristbands will be provided for each team. There will be “no photo” wristbands available if needed
- Bring hard copy of team photo consent form
- Lunch: have deliveries sent to main entrance. No food is allowed in any classroom, hallway or gym. Cafeteria only.
- Parking
- Bus lot only for drop off/pickup. Top half of bus lot is for buses only. Coaches, please let me know if your team will be arriving in a bus.
- Bus lot lower half/playground (behind cafeteria) can be used to setup homebases, you can bring tents/chairs
- Car Parking in Upper/Lower lots
