Announcements
- Garner High School Parking Map
- Second Floor Testing Hall – Competitors and head coaches ONLY are permitted upstairs – there will be signs and this section will be blocked off. Parents are NOT permitted upstairs. Event volunteers will meet students at the event door and head coaches are permitted to walk their students to and from their events. These events occur behind closed doors – they are not open for spectators.
- Spectator Events – Events in the gym (Bridge-a-roni, Just Plane Awesome) and events outside (Egg-o-Naut) are open to spectators. Parents must watch from the sidelines and cannot interact with students during competition.
- Food – Teams are responsible for organizing a plan for lunch. Teams are responsible for disposing all trash from home base locations. DO NOT leave large take out items (i.e. pizza boxes, etc) in your home base area.
- Registration – In the Lobby – is for Head Coaches ONLY – students and parents do NOT need to check in and should coordinate a meeting plan with the schools head coach.
- Student Wristbands: The head coach will be given team wristbands at Registration. Students cannot compete without a wristband. Wristband colors vary by team (Varsity, JV1, JV2, etc). Since the time may overlap, wristbands are not needed for impound.
- Coach Identification: coaches are to wear the issued lanyards from NCSO for easy identification.
- Event Leader / Volunteer Identification: All event leaders and volunteers will be wearing name tags.
- Impound – Ramp & Roll MUST impound (drop off) their devices at the event location between 8:30 am – 9:00 am. Wristbands are not required for impound and anyone may impound for the team. Students may not compete if they fail to impound.
