Coaches Conference Information

• In-person sessions will focus on build and engineering events, with extended time and space for deeper learning. Sessions will include hands-on build and testing experience. In person sessions will NOT be recorded – registrants will receive the slideshows from these sessions.
• Test-based events will be covered in virtual sessions, offered on a flexible schedule to make participation easier for busy coaches. These sessions will be recorded for later viewing.
• Our on-site shop will include one of a kind NC Science Olympiad supplies tailored to specific events. We will be selling everything from plane kits, sample tests, build event equipment and more! Card purchases only.

• Access the Registration tab on our website 
• Choose Coaches Conference & select the option you are registering for – Division A or Division B/C
  **If you have not already done so, you will have to create a login for a Brickyard account before you register**
• It will then take you to the appropriate Registration page in Reporter
• Click on the Add To Cart tab
• Then at the top of the page you should see your cart with a 1 in it
• Check the box for “I have read and agree to the registration policies”
• Then click the red box above that that says “incomplete”
• Complete the Questionnaire and “submit answers”
• It will bring you back to the main page and show a green “complete” 
• You will then click “Proceed to Order Summary” (top right of the page)
• Select a payment option: either “Pay now using a credit card” (preferred) or “Pay Later” to complete the registration if you plan to pay by check.
• Click “Checkout”

Your registration(s) cannot be confirmed until the registration fee(s) has(have) been paid in full. We must receive your payment at least 30 days before the conference to confirm your spot.

Below, are the payment options and instructions. You may make an online payment or send a check. Online payments preferred. Do not send purchase orders. No partial payments will be accepted.

OPTION 1: Online

To pay for the class online, please click here https://go.ncsu.edu/reporter

If you are paying for your own registration: On your home page, you will see your class listed under “Upcoming Courses.” Next to the course will be a “Pay” button. Click the pay button and REPORTER will take you through the online credit card payment system. In addition to your credit card information, you will also be asked to provide your organization’s name, name of the class participant, your order number, and the amount of your payment.

If you are paying for someone else’s registration: You will need to create an account in the REPORTER system for yourself, sign in, and then search for the order by last name and/or order number by selecting “Pay for Order” under the “My Account” drop down in the upper right task bar.

OPTION 2: Check

Please make checks payable to NC State University. You must reference your Order Number on the check.
