Where is the 2023 Coaches Conference?
The Coaches Conference will be held at the McKimmon Center.

When is the Coaches Conference?
It is a 2 day event on October 20-21st, 2023. Virtual attendees can join OPTIONAL live session on October 21st.
Where do I park?
Parking in the front lots of the McKimmon Center is free and usually plentiful. There are three smaller parking lots on each side of the Center that are reserved for University employees. Visitors are asked to park in designated visitor parking spaces in order to avoid ticketing.
Where can I find all the information I need for scheduling and locations?
Our Event App will be released on October 16th. It will contain all the information needed to navigate the conference including a master schedule, location information, downloadable content, and much more!
Where can I find the schedule for the Virtual programming?
Virtual attendees will receive access to our Moodle course starting on Friday, October 20 – within this course, you will find all event presentations and videos for your viewing. We will provide optional live sessions for our virtual participants on Saturday (see the Virtual tab on the schedule) – including the opportunity to ask questions of event leaders, do some coach networking, etc. This programming will be available via Zoom. We also plan to do our best to record all live sessions and post them to the Moodle course after the conference.
As a Virtual participant, where do I find the zoom links for Saturday?
Links for all zoom sessions will be posted in the Moodle course.
What if I need to switch my registration from in-person to virtual or vice versa?
We can transfer you, however, refunds will not be issued for transfers after October 1.
What is the best method of payment for Coaches Conference shopping?
The NCSO store and NC State’s campus is credit card ONLY, so please come prepared.
Will in-person attendees have access to conference materials afterward?
Yes, in-person attendees will get FULL access to all event presentations and videos, after the conference.
How do I obtain my CEU certificate?
Once you complete our conference survey, you will receive a copy of your CEU certificate via email the week after the conference.

Are meals provided?
Yes! We will serve dinner from Jasmin + Olivz on Friday evening and lunch from Saladelia on Saturday.
We are also providing complimentary FULL day break service on Saturday with coffee from 321 Coffee.

McKimmon center offers discounts at select hotels. Please visit their website to learn more about partner hotels and discounts.
