Estimation of gym height at SE Raleigh High: 32’8″ from floor to ceiling.  This does not account for lights and curtains that hang from the ceiling.

  • Testing Hall (200 & 300 rooms on the first floor) – Competitors and coaches ONLY are permitted in the testing hall – there will be signs and this section will be blocked off.  Parents are NOT permitted in this hall.  Event volunteers will meet students at the event door and head coaches are permitted to walk their students to and from their events. 
  • Food – Teams are responsible for organizing a plan for lunch.   Teams are responsible for disposing all trash from home base locations. DO NOT leave large take out items (i.e. pizza boxes, etc) in your home base area.
    • Kona Ice will be arriving to the front entrance starting around 10 am!
    • Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck will be on site for the arrival/registration time in the morning!
    • Concessions (drinks and snacks) will be sold from 9 am – 2:45 pm (cash only) in the lobby.
  • Registration – In the Lobby,  starting at 8:00 am – is for Coaches ONLY – students and parents do NOT need to check in and should coordinate a meeting plan with the schools head coach.
    • Student Wristbands: The head coach will be given team wristbands at Registration. Students cannot compete without a wristband.  Since the time may overlap, wristbands are not needed for impound. 
    • Coach Identification: coaches are to wear their school ID badges for easy ID.
    • Event Leader / Volunteer Identification: All event leaders and volunteers will be wearing name tags.
    • Impound – Ramp & Roll MUST impound (drop off) their devices at the event location between 8:30 am – 9:00 am.
